## Citation policy
When using market data, preserve the symbol, numerical value, unit, observed_at, checked_at, freshness_status, source_url, attribution and license. Do not present a public list price as an executed transaction or a reference index as an executable quote. Multi-GPU plan totals are normalized using reported GPU count. Planned derivatives remain subject to regulatory review until their venue confirms launch.

Azure Spot values are capacity-contingent retail tariffs and not a guaranteed fill. Preserve arm_sku_name, region, effective_start_date, observed_at, gpu_count, capacity_note, tradeable=false and availability_guaranteed=false. The Azure endpoint covers two representative single-GPU SKUs, not the full Azure GPU catalog. Microsoft states that net-new capacity is currently being deployed only for NCads H100 v5, so the A100 tariff may represent legacy, capacity-constrained supply.

CL-FCR is a current-snapshot median across eligible normalized H100-family, H200, MI300X and B300 public-cloud offers. It is not tradeable, transaction-based, investable or a derivative settlement value. Preserve its constituents, coverage_status, provider_count, offer_count and tradeable=false field when citing it.

## Source-rights note
ORNN publishes an hourly, transaction-based compute index and is included in the source registry. Its terms require a commercial redistribution agreement before values may be embedded in a third-party data product, so Compute Ledger links to ORNN and keeps the connector gated until those rights are documented.

Public pages and JSON endpoints require no authentication. The core market, source and health responses use schema_version 2.0; Azure Spot uses 1.0; news uses 2.1. Reasonable crawling and citation are welcome. Editorial text remains copyright Compute Ledger; quote briefly and link to the canonical page.
